about the class
HIITDance was created by Chelsea Durante, a dance fitness instructor. She saw the need to incorporate elements of strength and muscular endurance into dance fitness classes. HIITDance does just that.
HIITDance will have you dancing, squatting, burpeeing, push-uping, squeezing lemons... You will move through several sets of HIIT intervals followed by cardio dance recovery intervals. When you're done you will walk out of the place sparkling and ready to take on anything your crazy life decides to throw at you next.
